Center Suspends All Activity Due To Covid-19

No Meals/No Dominoes/No Gathering/No Yoga or Dance

Return to full activities is highly questionable since the CDC guidance includes "...all persons over 65 years of age are of increased of risk of being infected with COVID-19. " <Click for Guidelines>

The CDC Lists the most common symptoms:

These symptoms usually appear two days to two weeks after exposure to the virus.

Fever or chills

Cough

Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

Fatigue

Muscle or body aches

Headache

·New loss of taste or smell

Sore throat

Congestion or runny nose

Nausea or vomiting

Diarrhea

Fever is the most common symptom

Thr Vaccome: Researcher had found that people with excess body weight (defined as having a body mass index -BMI- over 30) had weaker immunity after a flu vaccine and were twice as likely to still get the flu even after receiving the shot.
