Yoga Classes are Susended while at FBCMP

Susan's YOGA sessions are continuing every Tuesday 10 ti 11 am, but attendance has been meager the past few weeks. 

The focus of the sessions is for us old folks to maintain our strength, flexibility, and balance. Lately we have been working either seated or standing, making participation easy for all who want YOGA's benefits.

Granted, the ambiance in the Fellowship Hall is not geared to YOGA expectations, with the domino players slamming their tiles onto echoing plastic tables, Dan talking to the blood-pressure participants, and others visiting nearby. What is lost of the meditative, and spiritual quietness expected of these sessions is regained when we take what we have learned back to our homes and add YOGA to our daily routine.
